I believe betting on dog races is illegal in CA. Is it the same with all sports betting?

Basically the law that was made is for the banks, not for the persons. This means banks cant let you deposit, but there is nowhere written in the law a person cant play online gambling. You can deposit with all access visa gift card because it doesnt have gambling filter.
