I.e., if I use a debt card to place a bet, and happen to win, how are my winnings paid out?

First you deposit with credit\debit card, then you have the money in your account, bet as much as you can and if you win you can withdraw to the same card that you used to deposit

I use oddsmaker.com and there are a few ways in which they will "pay" if you win. The easiest one is to have them mail you a check but there is generally a fee associated with it (around $20 I believe.) They do not EVER put the money back on your card for security reasons (at least that is what I was told.) I have also played on many poker sites and the same is true. There are also other ways like net teller in which they can deposit it into your net teller (if you have one) account and you can do what you want with it.

id think the same way you paid. if you use debit card, they will put the money on your debit card.
