Vegas is the only legal place to bet on sports in the U.S.
Many casinos have "sportsbooks" but you can only bet on dogs, horses and Jai-Alai.
Unless you find a local bookie in your town or bet online, Vegas is your only option.

Depending on where you live, there might be an Indian reservation that has casinos/gambling. Most of those have a sportsbook where you can bet money on sporting events.

You can bet on sports in the UK as well. There might be other foreign countries, but I can't say which ones for sure.

You might want to stick to Vegas. It is illegal anywhere else, except in your private residence (just as long it does not go outside...).

Vegas is the only place in the US.
I live in Michigan and it is legal at Casino Windsor.
They have a huge sports betting center.
You can bet everything from horse races to college basketball. It is a pretty nice casino.
