When will the 2009 college football betting lines be posted on any websites?

probably NOT until August - and dont get hope up for early august - Week 1 lines might be out 2 to 3 weeks early - but not much more than that

Some Preseason magazines can have a power ratings page - that can give bettors a chance to do the math themselves to get a rough estimate of what the lines will be for week 1

The 1st lines will be posted by "Las Vegas Sports Consultants"......probably within a week or so (last year was July 13)....
they can be accessed at .......VegasInsiders.com......… is private > gotta be a member)
offshore books 2 weeks later or so (bookmaker.com usually 1st)
