For some reason, I cant figure it out. Out of all the sports, I am the worst with the NBA, and I am curious if I am just missing something. I use the pythagorean calculation and still doesnt help. I heard the term that NBA stands for No Bets A**hole. Maybe its true. Is anybody any good at the NBA and if you dont mind sharing, what do you do.

Funny I thought it was called the No Bank Account League ......lol
As a whole this season betting against DD home favs has been working pretty good
Morrison is a scammer who stole from someone on ebay saying you bet on teams having road trips against opposite conference (3 games or more) and you chase up to 3 games -
it works ok - but one loss can wipe out a bunch of wins -
I prefer bad teams crossing 3 time zones in a road trip - if they win the first couple - they probably will run out of gas -
Also look for overtime - teams can tend to be out of gas
Also this is a basic rule - but its usually profitable every year - bet against losing teams as home favorites - bad teams have a hard enough time winning straight up they can not be trusted laying points.
GOOD LUCK:)

You use "the pythagorean calculation"?
The Pythagorean expectation, this was intended to calculate Baseball winning percentages.
There won't be any magic formula to help you win at sports. The 1% of folks that are successful at sports betting are so because of hours of research and a very disciplined bankroll approach.
99% of people that bet on sports only THINK they know something that other folks don't. I don't bet sports because I've accepted the fact that I am not part of the 1% group, nor am I ever likely to be.

NBA is tough and can certainly be aggravating at times. Big lead swings happen all the time because they typically score in bunches. You'll often see that one team is up 10-20 points in the 2nd quarter or halftime and end up losing by 10-20 points...that's what I mean by aggravating.
It really just comes down to putting in the time and doing your own research. However, if you don't have the time, you can always go the route of a professional betting service, but of course 99% of them are frauds too. Whether you do it yourself or are looking for a professional handicapper, check out http://www.sports-betting-insights.com .
From the individual wanting to do the research them self to someone just wanting to pay a handicapper, we'll try to help get you going in the right direction. Best of luck.

If you want to have success betting the NBA, you may wanna try to become a Ref. But seriously, Betting NBA is as easy as anything. You need to do your research. Just like NFL and MLB there are easy money Games. Last night I released under 201.5 in Jazz Hornets Game. Here you had a line that opened at 202, and you had about 70% of the Public taking the OVER. This tendency will Always trigger the Line to move upward toward 202.5 or 203, but it didn't. Instead, the line came down a 1/2 point. Normally Vegas encourages equal betting on both sides, so the only reason to lower the line when 7 out of 10 dollars wagered are coming in on the over, is cause they new they had an easy winner.
1. Thing to Remember is to never pay for information to help you make your decision. There is this Tool called the Internet that gives you ALL the info you will need to look at the facts and make a solid decision.
2. Vegas wins (if you don't believe me go and look at ALL the fancy hotels), so instead of finding a way to beat them, you should just join them and you will enjoy betting a lot more.
3. My site, is free and un biased. All we do is research and give opinions. We are ALL Sports Fanatics, and we make solid Plays.
Don't out think the room and take advice from someone you can trust.

You can make money off any sport if you know what you are doing. Stick to a plan and roll with it. I play totals and i dont play everyday. I tend to have good luck picking west coast hoops especially the pacific division. I dont go outside what im good at. Do the same
