There is no strict rule regarding that.

Of course, and probably a lot. Depends on the book I guess.

yes you can add moneylines on parlays at casinos

usually you can do either 6 or 8 teams off the board depending on location

if your doing several UNDERDOG moneylines which can really skyrocket the payoff assuming you hit it - sometimes the bosses will lower the amount you can risk..........

this only applies if your betting several hundred on a parlay - most parlay bettors are betting 10 to 50 bucks a shot -

Usually you can bet up to 15 teams. This is what the odds usually are:

2 Teams 13-5
3 Teams 6-1
4 Teams 12-1
5 Teams 25-1
6 Teams 40-1
7 Teams 75-1
8 Teams 100-1
9 Teams 150-1
10 Teams 300-1
11 Teams 450-1
12 Teams 600-1
13 Teams 750-1
14 Teams 900-1
15 Teams 1,500-1

Everyone else told you the answer, but here is one more thing you should know:

NO profitable sports bettor plays parlays. If you are playing parlays, you are a junkie.

Just go to the window in the sports book and take your teams. Your payout will reflect the combined odds of the bet. You will have to ask on the amount of teams. I have played to a three team parlay.

Some sports books have the cards that you can pick up to 10 teams.

yes you can but it will either make your parley line go way up or way down depending on how you bet... if you bet the underdogs in the money line is usallly good in the parley and if you bet the favorites the money usually goes down
