i wanted to start a site for online sports betting but before you say anything my site wouldn't involve any money at all. people would bet for "points" and "being the best". But i need to know the laws for online betting...oh and please put them in terms i would understand

If you are playing for points, and no money is involved, then you aren't betting.

The laws wouldn't be relevant.
