I would advise not jumping straight into gambling as at 18 you are still young and gambling can be highly addictive. Sportsbook.com is a complete and utter scam. Stay away from them at all costs. Many many players have been duped out of their account balances by their shady tactics, while thousands of others were made to wait over 6 months for payouts. I can't believe anyone would ever recommend them, unless they never won and didn't know any better.

I would suggest www.sportsbook.com, mostly because their lines are all interconnected with the real life sportsbooks in Reno, which are mostly all run by Cal-Neva. And all those lines are set by a website www.covers.com .
If you want to bet NFL, you can get the lines every morning at 6am on Tuesday (not sure what time zone) at www.covers.com
I highly suggest that if you are ever in doubt about whom to bet for, go for the more experienced team. Also remember regions, Midwest is more strategy, South and west are power, and East Coast is a combo of both. Generalization sure, but a fairly accurate one.
